OK Corral
Famous gunfight site
The OK Corral was a livery stable in Tombstone, Arizona, near where the famous 1881 gunfight occurred between lawmen (the Earp brothers and Doc Holliday) and outlaw cowboys.
The phrase has become shorthand for any dramatic showdown or confrontation: The budget meeting turned into the OK Corral.
