OGs

Pioneers from before

OGs is the plural of OG, originally hip-hop slang for "original gangster"—someone with longstanding street credibility.

The term has broadened to mean anyone who's been around since the beginning or commands respect through experience: The OGs in the office remember when we used fax machines.

It conveys veteran status and authenticity.
