McFly
McFly functions as a taunt suggesting someone is foolish, oblivious, or not paying attention, often delivered while knocking on the person's head: Hello? McFly? Anyone home?
The usage comes from the *Back to the Future* films, where the bully Biff Tannen repeatedly mocks the Marty McFly character this way.
The gesture and phrase became widespread shorthand for calling someone dense.
