Larry Page
Larry Page is an American computer scientist and entrepreneur who cofounded Google with Sergey Brin in 1998.
He developed the PageRank algorithm that became the foundation of Google's search engine.
Page served as Google's CEO and later as CEO of its parent company Alphabet until 2019.
His name is sometimes invoked as shorthand for Silicon Valley tech visionaries: Every startup founder thinks they're the next Larry Page.
