Henry Ford
Assembly line pioneer
Henry Ford was an American industrialist who founded the Ford Motor Company and pioneered assembly-line manufacturing.
His Model T, introduced in 1908, made automobiles affordable for middle-class Americans and transformed transportation.
Ford's name evokes both industrial innovation and controversy—he held virulently antisemitic views and published propaganda that influenced Nazi ideology.
He runs his factory like Henry Ford.
