Eva Braun
Eva Braun was Adolf Hitler's longtime companion and, briefly, his wife.
She met Hitler in 1929 while working as an assistant to his photographer and became his mistress, though their relationship was hidden from the German public throughout the Nazi era.
She remained with Hitler in his Berlin bunker as World War II ended, marrying him on April 29, 1945, and dying with him by suicide the following day.
