Esc
Keyboard retreat button
Esc is the escape key on a computer keyboard, typically located in the upper left corner.
It cancels operations, closes dialog boxes, exits full-screen mode, or backs out of menus.
In text interfaces and programming, Esc sends a control character that signals "stop" or "interrupt": Hit Esc to close the window.
