Edwardians
Post-Victorian era people
Edwardians are people who lived during the Edwardian era—the reign of Britain's King Edward VII (1901–1910), sometimes extended to World War I.
The term often evokes the period's distinctive culture: elegant fashion, imperial confidence, and rigid class structure.
The Edwardians dressed formally even for country weekends.
As an adjective, Edwardian describes the era's style or sensibility: Edwardian architecture, Edwardian manners.
