Colombian-American

South American diaspora

Colombian-American describes a person of Colombian descent living in the United States, or things relating to both Colombia and America: Colombian-American communities in Miami and New York, a Colombian-American trade agreement.

Like other hyphenated heritage terms, it can describe immigrants, their descendants, or cultural fusion: Colombian-American cuisine blends both traditions.
