Calisto
Jupiter's second largest
Calisto is one of Jupiter's four largest moons, discovered by Galileo in 1610.
It's the third-largest moon in the solar system, heavily cratered and geologically inactive.
The name comes from a nymph in Greek mythology whom Zeus seduced and Hera transformed into a bear.
Also spelled Callisto, which is the more common form.
