CAPE
Thunderstorm potential measure
A cape is a sleeveless outer garment that hangs from the shoulders, fastening at the neck and draping over the back and arms: She swept into the room in a velvet cape.
Capes appear in formal wear, costumes, and superhero iconography—hence not all heroes wear capes.
Separately, a cape is a point of land extending into water: Cape Cod, the Cape of Good Hope.
