Big Bend
Rio Grande park
Big Bend is a region in southwest Texas where the Rio Grande curves sharply southward, forming the U.S.-Mexico border.
The area is known for its rugged desert landscape and is home to Big Bend National Park: We hiked the Chisos Mountains in Big Bend.
The term also describes similar river bends elsewhere.
