Skinless minced kebabs
Ćevapi are small grilled sausages of minced meat, typically beef, lamb, or a mixture, seasoned with garlic and spices.
A staple of Balkan cuisine—especially in Bosnia, Serbia, and Croatia—they're usually served with flatbread, raw onions, and a red pepper spread called ajvar: We ordered ćevapi at the Sarajevo restaurant.
