unworkable
Cannot be implemented
Unworkable describes something that cannot function or succeed in practice: an unworkable plan, an unworkable solution.
The word often appears when ideas that seem reasonable in theory fail when applied: The proposal proved unworkable once they tried to implement it.
A machine or system can also be unworkable if it's too damaged or flawed to operate.
