wisdom teeth
Late-arriving molars
Wisdom teeth are the four molars at the very back of the mouth, the last to emerge—typically in the late teens or early twenties, when a person is supposedly gaining wisdom.
They often cause problems by coming in crooked or crowding other teeth, making extraction common: I'm getting my wisdom teeth out next week.
