Deadly glance game
Wink murder is a party game where one player is secretly designated the "murderer" and eliminates others by winking at them.
When winked at, a player must dramatically "die." The remaining players try to identify the murderer before everyone is killed.
Also called killer or murder in the dark, though the latter typically involves darkness and physical tagging rather than winking.
