wingettes
Chicken wing sections
Wingettes are the flat middle section of a chicken wing, containing two parallel bones with meat between them.
In the context of chicken wings as food—fried, baked, or grilled and served with sauce—wingettes are distinguished from drumettes (the upper section resembling a small drumstick).
I prefer wingettes because they're easier to eat.
