white thread
Light sewing strand
White thread is sewing thread that is white in color—the most common and versatile variety, used for light-colored fabrics and general mending.
Because it's ubiquitous in sewing kits, white thread often serves as a default when an exact color match isn't critical: I didn't have beige, so I used white thread.
