whale migration
Ocean giants' voyage
Whale migration is the seasonal movement of whale populations between feeding and breeding grounds.
Many species travel thousands of miles annually—gray whales migrate from Arctic feeding waters to warm Mexican lagoons for calving, one of the longest migrations of any mammal.
We took a boat tour to watch the whale migration along the coast.
