wall pushups
Standing incline exercise
Wall pushups are a modified pushup exercise performed standing at an angle against a wall rather than horizontal on the floor.
The hands press against the wall at about chest height while the feet stay back, creating less resistance than a standard pushup.
They serve as a starting point for building upper body strength or as a gentler alternative for those with limited mobility: Physical therapy started with wall pushups before progressing to the floor.
