neck stretches
Loosen your throat-pipe
Neck stretches are exercises that lengthen and relieve tension in the muscles of the neck, typically by tilting, rotating, or bending the head in various directions.
Often performed to counteract stiffness from prolonged sitting or screen use: I do a few neck stretches between meetings.
Physical therapists prescribe them for pain relief and improved range of motion.
