vote totals
Ballot box numbers
Vote totals are the counted results of an election or poll—the number of votes each candidate or option received.
The term appears most often in election coverage: Vote totals from key precincts won't be available until tomorrow.
Officials may report preliminary vote totals on election night, with final totals certified later after all ballots are counted.
