Checking your sight
Vision tests are examinations that measure how well the eyes see.
The most familiar is the eye chart test, where you read letters of decreasing size: I failed the vision test at the DMV.
Other tests check peripheral vision, color perception, depth perception, or eye pressure.
Regular vision tests detect problems before they cause serious damage.
