Unproductivity is the state of not producing useful results or output.
The word usually describes periods when work doesn't get done: After a week of unproductivity, I finally forced myself to focus.
It can characterize individuals, teams, or systems that fail to generate expected outcomes.
The more common noun is unproductiveness.
