unliberated
Not yet freed
Unliberated describes someone or something not yet freed from constraints, oppression, or conventional limitations.
The word often appears in political or feminist contexts: unliberated women who accepted traditional roles without question.
It can also describe territory still under occupation or a mind still bound by outdated thinking: His views on marriage remained stubbornly unliberated.
