Cannot be mentioned
Undiscussable describes topics that cannot or should not be raised in conversation—either because they're too sensitive, too taboo, or because unspoken rules forbid mentioning them.
Often used in organizational contexts where certain problems are known but never addressed: The CEO's incompetence was undiscussable.
The undiscussables in a family or workplace are the elephants in the room everyone pretends not to see.
