utterable
Able to speak
Utterable describes something capable of being spoken or expressed in words.
The term appears most often in its negative form, unutterable, which describes feelings or experiences too intense or profound for language: unutterable grief, unutterable joy.
Plain utterable is rare, since we seldom need to note that something *can* be said.
