unaccelerated
Not speeding up
Unaccelerated describes something not speeding up or not subject to acceleration.
In physics, an unaccelerated object moves at constant velocity or remains at rest: An unaccelerated frame of reference is called inertial.
More generally, it describes processes or changes that haven't been hastened: The unaccelerated pace of rural life suited her.
