twelve-stepper
Addiction meeting attendee
A twelve-stepper is someone participating in a twelve-step recovery program, most commonly Alcoholics Anonymous or similar organizations that use the AA model to address addictions and compulsive behaviors.
The term can be neutral or slightly dismissive depending on context, sometimes implying evangelical enthusiasm about recovery.
My roommate's a twelve-stepper, so we don't keep alcohol in the house.
