teaspoonful
Medicine dose amount
A teaspoonful is the amount a teaspoon holds—roughly five milliliters in cooking measurements.
The plural is teaspoonfuls or, less commonly, teaspoonsful: Add two teaspoonfuls of vanilla extract.
Like other -ful measurements (cupful, handful), it describes a quantity rather than the utensil itself.
