swirlies
Head in bowl
Swirlies is slang for a prank—typically among schoolchildren—where someone's head is forced into a toilet bowl while it flushes, creating a swirling effect around the victim's head.
The act is associated with bullying and hazing: The older kids gave him swirlies in the locker room bathroom.
Less commonly, swirlies refers to any swirling pattern or sensation.
