sunnyside up
Fried, not turned
Sunnyside up describes an egg fried on one side only, leaving the yolk intact and visible on top—the yellow resembling a sun against white.
The yolk remains runny.
I'll have two eggs sunnyside up with toast.
Contrast with over easy, where the egg is flipped briefly.
