overeasy
Yolk still liquid
Overeasy describes an egg fried on both sides but with the yolk still runny.
The egg is flipped briefly—just enough to set a thin film over the yolk without cooking it through: I'll have two eggs overeasy with toast.
Also spelled over easy or over-easy.
Compare sunny-side up, where the egg isn't flipped at all.
