over easy
Yolk still liquid
Over easy describes an egg fried on both sides but with the yolk still runny.
The egg is cooked "over" (flipped) but only "easy" (briefly) on the second side.
It's diner terminology, part of a spectrum: sunny-side up (not flipped), over easy, over medium, over hard.
I'll have two eggs over easy with toast.
