stenciller
Template ink user
A stenciller is someone who applies designs using stencils—sheets with cut-out patterns through which paint or ink is applied to a surface.
The term covers both craftspeople doing decorative work and street artists creating repeated images: The stenciller worked quickly, spraying the design before anyone noticed.
Also spelled stenciler.
