stash house
Criminal storage location
A stash house is a location used to hide contraband—typically drugs, weapons, or cash from illegal operations.
The term comes from law enforcement and criminal contexts: Police raided a stash house and seized fifty kilos of cocaine.
Stash houses are usually nondescript residences chosen to avoid suspicion.
