social graph
Relationship web online
A social graph is the network of connections between people, especially as mapped by social media platforms.
It includes who you know, who they know, and how everyone is linked—friends, followers, colleagues.
Tech companies use social graphs to suggest connections, target advertising, and analyze how information spreads: Facebook's social graph contains billions of relationships.
