skate punks
Board-riding delinquents
Skate punks are skateboarders associated with punk rock culture—the music, attitude, and DIY aesthetic.
The term describes both the subculture and the individuals in it, typically young people who combine aggressive skating with punk fashion and anti-establishment values: The skate punks hung out behind the grocery store, practicing kickflips between bands at the local show.
