semi-skimmed
Middle-fat dairy option
Semi-skimmed describes milk with some but not all of its fat removed—typically around 1.5-2% fat content, falling between whole milk and skimmed.
The term is standard in British English; Americans usually say "reduced-fat" or "2% milk." I take semi-skimmed in my tea.
