script style
Flowing handwritten typeface
Script style refers to writing that imitates cursive handwriting, with letters that flow together in connected strokes.
In typography, script fonts range from formal calligraphic styles to casual brush lettering: The wedding invitations were printed in an elegant script style.
The term also describes a manner of handwriting taught in schools, as opposed to print or block letters.
