Vertical barbecue holder
A rib-rack is a metal cooking accessory that holds multiple racks of ribs upright in a grill or smoker, allowing heat and smoke to circulate evenly around each rack.
The vertical positioning maximizes cooking space, enabling you to smoke or grill several racks simultaneously in the footprint that would normally accommodate one or two laid flat.
