resplendency
State of shining
Resplendency is the quality of being resplendent—brilliant, dazzling, or magnificently radiant.
The word describes splendor that seems to shine forth: the resplendency of the autumn foliage, a palace decorated with almost unbearable resplendency.
It's a formal, literary term, more common in older texts than contemporary speech.
Resplendence means the same thing.
