referenceable
Able to cite
Referenceable describes something that can be referred to, cited, or pointed to as a source.
In technical contexts, especially programming and databases, a referenceable object is one that can be identified and accessed through a reference or pointer: Each record must be uniquely referenceable.
More broadly, referenceable credentials or sources are those suitable for citation: Make sure your claims are backed by referenceable data.
