quick match
Rapid compatibility check
Quick match is a cord or fuse designed to burn extremely fast, used in pyrotechnics and demolition to ignite multiple charges nearly simultaneously.
The fuse consists of black powder–coated thread enclosed in a loose paper tube, which traps combustion gases and accelerates burning.
In gaming, quick match refers to an automated matchmaking system that rapidly pairs players for a game: I don't have time for ranked—let's just do quick match.
