Puddled describes something that has formed puddles or become waterlogged: The puddled parking lot reflected the streetlights.
In metallurgy, puddled iron has been refined by stirring molten pig iron to remove carbon—an industrial process largely obsolete since the late 19th century.
Figuratively, puddled can mean muddled or confused: His puddled thinking got worse as the night wore on.
