private keys

Digital identity proof

Private keys are secret cryptographic codes that prove ownership and authorize transactions in digital systems, especially cryptocurrency.

A private key generates a corresponding public key that others can see, but the private key itself must remain secret—anyone who has it controls the associated assets.

If you lose your private keys, you lose your Bitcoin.

The security model differs fundamentally from traditional banking: there's no password reset, no customer service to restore access.
