pomodoro timer
Work-interval productivity tool
A pomodoro timer is a time-management tool that breaks work into focused intervals—traditionally 25 minutes—separated by short breaks.
Named after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer its inventor used, the technique treats each interval as one "pomodoro." I knocked out four pomodoros before lunch.
The method aims to sustain concentration while preventing burnout.
