poetry collections
Gathered lyrical works
Poetry collections are books or compilations gathering multiple poems, usually by a single poet.
A collection may be organized around a theme, period, or simply present a poet's work from a span of time: Her debut poetry collection won the National Book Award.
Anthologies, by contrast, gather work from multiple poets.
