A pisspot is a chamber pot—a container kept in the bedroom for urinating at night.
The word is crude and old-fashioned.
As an insult, pisspot means a contemptible or insignificant person: That little pisspot thinks he can tell me what to do.
In British slang, to be pissed as a pot (or pisspot drunk) is to be extremely intoxicated.
