pip-squeak

Insignificant small person

A pip-squeak is a person considered insignificant or contemptible, especially someone small in stature or young in age who lacks authority or importance.

The term carries dismissive connotations, suggesting the person is too minor to be taken seriously.

Some pip-squeak from accounting tried to tell me how to do my job.

It can be used affectionately when referring to children but is usually insulting when applied to adults.
